Chroma Early Learning Academy at East Cobb is seeking a nurturing, energetic, and dependable After School teacher to join our team! If you are passionate about early childhood education and enjoy supporting young children as they grow and develop, we want to hear from you.

Our East Cobb center features low teacher-to-child ratios, a play-based and developmentally appropriate curriculum, and a collaborative team culture.

Duties

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and engage students during after school hours
• Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment
• Plan and lead age- appropriate activities (arts, sports, enrichment)
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers
• Follow all state licensing and center policies and procedures

Requirements

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (CDA or ECE coursework preferred)
• Previous experience working with ASP in a licensed childcare setting preferred
• Ability to work assigned after-school hours consistently
• Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset
• Must meet Georgia DECAL background and health screening requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, and actively engage with students for extended periods
