About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to get in on the ground floor of an evolving team. InRhythm clients include a broad range of highly visible and recognizable customers, including, but not limited to:

Responsibilities

• Own your role and its development
• Learn new skills to accelerate your career
• Collaborate across diverse teams
• Act as a subject matter expert to the InRhythm Community internally and externally

Qualifications

• 8+ years of UX Design experience with knowledge of UX principles and how they apply across the web and mobile
• 5+ years at a single in-house brand/product and lots of different projects on that particular brand/product

Required Skills

• Ability to boost workflow efficiency & usability with Figma
• Must be well-versed with atomic design & iterative design
• Create user tests and conduct A/B testing using research & testing tools like UserZoom, Maze, or UserTesting

Preferred Skills

• A portfolio showcasing your ability to convey your contribution and understanding of the digital product lifecycle from strategy & requirement gathering, to UX research & user testing, to design iteration & delivery handoff
• A keen eye for design, ability to provide individual contribution but also adhere to a team effort and goal
• Experience in the financial domain is a plus
