An established insurance organization is seeking a Commercial Auto Claims Adjuster to join their claims team. This role focuses on investigating and resolving commercial auto bodily injury claims while ensuring accurate coverage analysis, liability determination, and timely resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate commercial auto claims by contacting insureds, claimants, and witnesses
• Analyze coverage and identify potential coverage issues
• Determine liability and document claim investigations
• Communicate coverage and liability decisions clearly to involved parties
• Manage material damage inspections and repair processes
• Maintain detailed file documentation and correspondence
• Identify potential fraud or recovery opportunities and escalate when needed
• Manage multiple claims while meeting deadlines and service expectations

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commercial auto bodily injury claims experience preferred
• Texas All-Lines Adjuster License (required or ability to obtain)
• California Adjuster License (preferred or ability to obtain within 90 days)
• Bilingual Spanish/English required
• Associate degree or higher preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
