We’re partnering with a leading retail industry company to find a talented Visual Merchandising Designer . This role is based in New York City, where the team focuses on creating innovative in-store experiences, blending creative design with retail environment strategies. The position offers a hybrid work schedule with on-site collaboration from Tuesday to Thursday.

Visual Merchandising Designer Responsibilities:

• Develop creative retail concepts aligned with global branding strategies and project timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce design presentations and technical guidelines.
• Review and approve fixture and shop drawings to ensure design accuracy and standards compliance.
• Conduct seasonal store visits to gather insights on current trends and store experiences.
• Stay informed on industry trends in retail design, art, and culture to inspire innovative solutions.

Visual Merchandising Designer Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in design, visual merchandising, or related fields.
• Ability to conceptualize and execute spatial designs based on project requirements.
• Familiarity with retail environments like FSS, DS, Open Sell, and SMC.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and 3D modeling/rendering software.
