Job Description

DREAMZTECH, a leading provider of Administrative and Support Services in the USA, is seeking a Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Virtual Assistant at DREAMZTECH, you will play a crucial role in providing remote support to our clients, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage emails, calendars, and appointments efficiently

• Perform data entry and maintain organized records

• Assist with document preparation and file management tasks

• Conduct online research as required

• Support customer communication and ensure timely follow-ups

• Undertake general administrative duties as delegated

Requirements & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent (college education preferred)

• Previous experience in administrative or virtual assistant roles is advantageous

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

Compensation:

• Annual Salary: $37,000 – $58,000 per year (experience-dependent)
