Accounts Receivable (AR) / Treasury Analyst

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented AR/Treasury Analyst who also has exposure in Accounts Payable (AP). They are looking for a candidate who not only excels in numbers but also enjoys complex problem-solving and thrives on analytical assessments like the Wonderlic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and reconcile daily receivables and treasury cash flow.
• Monitor and process customer payments, cash applications, and bank reconciliations.
• Assist with accounts payable duties including invoice review, coding, approvals, and vendor payments as needed.
• Support cash management activities, including cash forecasting and reporting.
• Collections, and analyze accounts and resolve discrepancies with internal teams or external partners.
• Collaborate with the accounting team on month-end closings.
• Identify process improvement opportunities within AR, AP, and treasury functions.

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 1+ years’ experience in AR and/or treasury roles, and AP exposure is highly desired
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to solve word problems and complete analytical assessments (enjoyment of assessments such as Wonderlic is a plus).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) is preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and a drive for accuracy.
