Job Description

THE OPPORTUNITY

Our client, a rapidly growing provider of premium artificial lift protection and production enhancement equipment, is seeking a highly proactive Talent Acquisition Manager to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for their growing oilfield services organization. This role will build a first-class Talent Acquisition function. A developer and driver of recruitment strategies and processes, and hands-on talent-hunting, responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing top industry talent through direct sourcing, networking, and relationship-driven recruiting strategies, rather than relying solely on inbound applicants.

The ideal candidate has a strong background recruiting within oilfield services, energy, or industrial sectors, maintains established relationships with recruiters and industry talent pools, and has a proven ability to actively hunt and attract high-quality candidates for field, operations, and technical roles.

The Talent Acquisition Manager will be a strategic talent partner to hiring managers, ensuring the company consistently attracts and hires top performers who can thrive in a fast-paced operational environment.

THE COMPANY

HULK Oil Tools Solutions delivers premium artificial lift protection and production enhancement equipment for unconventional oil and gas operations, including cross collar clamps, sand protection tools (VORT-X, SAND-X), MLE guards, centralizers, and related engineered solutions. Its products are designed to maximize uptime, reduce equipment failures, and lower total cost of ownership for operators. The company supports product delivery, refurbishment, field services, and rapid engineering solutions for custom applications.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for positions across field operations, field services, operations, and technical functions
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates in the oilfield services and energy industries
  • Build and maintain networks with industry recruiters, professional associations, and talent communities to continuously generate candidate pipelines
  • Conduct direct outreach and targeted headhunting through professional networks, referrals, industry events, and recruiting platforms
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies for hard-to-fill roles
  • Maintain and develop long-term relationships with high-performing professionals within the oilfield services sector
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and company culture
  • Manage candidate experience throughout the recruiting process to ensure a professional and engaging interaction with the organization
  • Track recruiting activity and pipeline metrics using the company’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruiting tools
  • Provide market intelligence regarding compensation trends, talent availability, and competitive hiring activity in the oilfield services market
  • Support workforce planning initiatives by proactively identifying talent before positions formally open
  • Collaborate with HR and functional leadership on employer branding and recruiting strategies that strengthen the company’s reputation within the energy sector

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience, preferably within oilfield services
  • Proven success in proactive sourcing and direct recruiting rather than reliance on job postings
  • Prior experience recruiting for field service, drilling, completions, production services, or equipment service companies, or at an agency focused on such clients
  • Strong network within the oilfield services industry talent community
  • Experience recruiting for field operations, technical specialists, engineers, operations leadership, or skilled trades
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to influence hiring managers and guide recruitment strategies
  • Experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools
  • Existing relationships with industry recruiters, staffing partners, and oilfield talent pools
  • Experience recruiting for remote field locations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Sales or related field
