Position Overview
This role will be responsible for supporting the safety function across multiple projects, ensuring documentation, compliance, and training programs are effectively managed to maintain a safe, fully compliant job site.
Key Responsibilities
Documentation Management
Maintain and organize all safety-related documentation, including reports, inspections, and training records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
Compliance Tracking
Monitor and support adherence to OSHA, federal, state, and local safety regulations across active job sites.
Training Coordination
Assist in the coordination and delivery of safety training programs, ensuring employees are properly trained and up to date with required certifications.
Incident Reporting
Review incident reports for accuracy and completeness, ensuring proper documentation and internal tracking procedures are followed.
Communication
Act as a key point of contact for safety-related matters, supporting both field and office teams with guidance and information.
