Regulatory Operations Analyst (Entry Level)

Salt Lake City, UT (Onsite)

$47,000–$55,000/year + Overtime

We’re hiring an entry-level Regulatory Operations Analyst to support client onboarding and regulatory review for a global financial institution. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and interested in how financial markets stay compliant behind the scenes.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Review client data and documentation to support onboarding and regulatory processes
• Ensure compliance with U.S. and international financial regulations
• Partner with internal teams across operations, legal, and compliance
• Maintain accurate client records and support data quality initiatives
• Assist with updates tied to new regulations and process improvements
• Work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• High attention to detail and ability to manage structured workflows
• Strong organization and ability to meet deadlines
• Comfortable working across teams in a fast-paced environment
• Microsoft Office proficiency

Nice to Have (Not Required):

• Exposure to compliance, onboarding, or financial services environments
• Familiarity with regulatory concepts such as KYC or AML
• Interest in process improvement or operational efficiency
