Quantitative Researcher/Trader – Systematic Equity Option Trading

$200,000 – $300,000 base + discretionary bonus
We are partnering with a leading proprietary trading firm to hire an experienced option Quantitative Researcher to join one of their systematic trading desks in the US.
This is a high-impact role, embedded directly with Trading and Technology, focused on driving alpha generation, scaling research infrastructure, and strengthening systematic capabilities across liquid markets.
