Serve as the primary point of contact for subcontractor QC personnel, coordinating inspection activities, documentation needs, and quality expectations.
Identify quality issues and nonconformances in the field, document findings clearly, and communicate them to construction and subcontractor teams.
Track follow‑up actions to ensure timely correction, re‑inspection, and closure of all identified issues.
Review mechanical field documentation, including inspection reports, checklists, test records, and equipment installation logs.
Ensure strict adherence to project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements across all mechanical scopes.
Perform TSQMP field verification, confirming that mechanical work aligns with the project’s Technical Safety & Quality Management Plan and that required quality controls are in place.
Support readiness checks for major milestones such as equipment setting, pressure testing, commissioning turnover, and client inspections.
Collaborate with construction managers, engineers, and trade partners to resolve field quality concerns and prevent recurrence.
Qualifications
Experience in mechanical inspection, QA/QC, or mechanical field engineering (mission‑critical or data center experience preferred).
