Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced statistical analysis and modeling solutions
• Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards
• Conduct full-stack data analysis using SQL, R, Python, and Tableau
• Leverage Applied Statistical/ML techniques for actionable insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic recommendations

Core Skills Required

• Primary: Data Analytics - Advanced Statistical Analysis & Modeling, Data Analytics - Data Visualization
• Core Technical: SQL, R, Python, Tableau

Minimum Qualifications

• 15+ years of demonstrated experience in Analytics and Strategy roles, preferably in payments/fintech
• Strong business acumen with strategic and operational thinking
• Self-starter with high-energy team player qualities
• Proven thought partner to cross-functional teams with actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills to simplify complex analysis
• Expertise in SQL, R/Python, Tableau for full-stack analysis
• Knowledge of Applied Statistical/ML techniques
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, or Applied Social Sciences

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to solve ambiguous problems and drive action through analysis
• Track record leading strategic initiatives or analytics projects
• Master's degree in relevant quantitative field
