️ Project Manager – Water/Wastewater Construction

Marietta, GA (Northwest Atlanta)

Full-Time | Immediate Start

We’re working confidentially with a well-established ENR Top 400 General Contractor that is expanding its presence across the Southeast and looking to hire an experienced Project Manager for their Atlanta team.

This is a great opportunity to take ownership of water & wastewater infrastructure projects from preconstruction through closeout, with strong long-term growth potential.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee estimating, scheduling (P6 preferred), and contract management
• Handle cost control, billing, and payment processes
• Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and clients
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to spec
• Maintain strong client relationships and lead project meetings

What We’re Looking For

• 3–15+ years of construction project management experience
• Experience in water and/or wastewater projects (REQUIRED)
• Strong understanding of construction means & methods
• Experience with Primavera P6 (preferred)
• Proven ability to run projects start to finish
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
