Job Description

This role is suited to experienced professionals seeking to apply their existing skills within the personal growth and leadership education space .
As a Professional Development Advisor, you will engage in structured learning, professional conversations, and capability development within a  remote, self-managed framework . The role focuses on leadership education, reflective practice, and supporting individuals through approved learning pathways.
This is not a traditional salaried position . It is a self-managed professional role designed for individuals who value autonomy, accountability, and ongoing development.
