Position: Sr. UX Designer

You’ll be part of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary UX team of Designers, Researchers, and Writers with one mission:

What You’ll Do

• Think big: Create compelling, intuitive, and delightful user experiences.
• Collaborate: Partner with product and tech teams to deliver seamless, scalable design solutions.
• Lead and inspire: Bring simplicity to complex enterprise design challenges across all devices.
• Innovate: Design AI-driven, chat-based, and data-rich interfaces that feel natural and intuitive.
• Advocate: Be the voice of the user, championing usability and accessibility at every stage.
• Tell stories: Use wireframes, prototypes, and data visualization to guide design conversations and decisions.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of UX and interaction design experience (corporate or agency).
• Proven experience designing AI-driven and conversational interfaces .
• Strong background in data visualization and chart design .
• Deep understanding of user-centered design , mobile usability , and accessibility standards .
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• A creative mindset—able to think strategically while executing pixel-perfect solutions.
• A portfolio that demonstrates your UX process and impact.
