Job Description

Global law firm seeks a Paralegal to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong internships in the legal field and 1 year of experience working at a law firm. Bachelors degree is required.

Fully onsite, Monday - Friday

Salary range: 60k - 70k base

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support for attorneys, including document notarization and correspondence.
• Prepare and manage legal documents.
• Coordinate and organize document execution and distribution processes.
• Utilize Microsoft Office for document preparation and collaboration.
• Provide notary public services and manage vendor invoices as needed.
• Maintain accurate time records and adhere to professional ethical standards.
• Support attorneys in client communication and external correspondence.
• Manage external vendor requests, including processing and payment of invoices.
• Contribute to a collaborative work environment within the legal team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a legal or professional environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration and independent work.
• Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with professional conduct rules.
• Ability to work overtime to meet case needs and deadlines.
