Job Overview
This full-time Clinical Services Manager role provides leadership across a PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) clinic and home care program, supporting adults 65+ in a highly coordinated, interdisciplinary care model. The RN leader oversees daily nursing operations, staff performance, and clinical quality while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong patient outcomes.
You’ll lead and develop nursing staff, manage clinic workflows, support home care expansion, and collaborate closely with providers and care teams. This is an ideal opportunity for a nurse leader who enjoys building programs, improving care delivery, and making a meaningful impact in senior care.
