Couple.com is looking for our first-ever Model Jockey to join the team.

Are you spending your entire day talking to AI models instead of people? Have you traded the "blank page" for being part of a team where your entire org are Model Jockeys steering AI? We are looking for a true renaissance thinker who thrives on keeping six plates spinning at once and is ready to push the absolute limits of what AI tools can build, research, and ship.

In this wildly dynamic role, you won't be confined to a single department. You will act as the ultimate generalist, riding alongside our AI models to execute a massive variety of tasks spanning consumer research, user acquisition, data reporting, and rapid product development.

At Couple.com, we are pioneering the online singles party scene by powering AI-native, real-time experiences at our live online singles events. You'll be instrumental in developing and refining our core innovations, including our AI Matchmaker and AI Wingman products, to make dating more engaging and effective.

You will be the human in the loop driving these initiatives forward: directing the models, shaping their output, and radically optimizing our internal processes. Your ultimate goal is to architect workflows that allow us to deliver exactly what our users want at an unprecedented velocity, shipping products and campaigns faster than a traditional team ever could.

• Model Orchestration: Simultaneously manage and steer multiple AI instances (like Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, and emerging open-source tools) to execute complex, parallel workflows.
• Cross-Domain Execution: Seamlessly context-switch between drafting user acquisition campaigns, synthesizing consumer research, analyzing product data, and accelerating product development.
• Rapid Iteration: Describe objectives to the models, test the outputs, refine the parameters, and iterate at breakneck speed.
• Quality Control: Act as the final line of defense to redirect models when they lose the thread, go off track, or make weird calls.
• Process Innovation: Continuously redefine and optimize how we build, utilizing AI to collapse timelines from ideation to delivery.
• Tooling Exploration: Constantly explore and integrate the newest AI harnesses, interfaces, and developer tools to make orchestration easier and more efficient.
• Strategic Inquiry: Ask the right questions. Domain knowledge is great, but knowing how to pull the best answers out of the models is what actually gets the work done.
  

• A highly well-rounded background with experience touching product, marketing, operations, or engineering.
• Demonstrated obsession with the latest in AI technology and hands-on experience using advanced models and coding assistants to multiply your output.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to define clear goals for AI agents.
• A high tolerance for ambiguity and the mental agility to manage rapid context-switching.
• Familiarity with cloud environments, local desktop setups, or basic scripting to better integrate and test AI workflows is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication skills, because you're going to be talking to these models all day, and occasionally, to us.
