Job Description

Lawyers for Justice, PC is a fast-growing plaintiff-side law firm recognized as a leader in both employment and personal injury litigation. With a robust caseload in state and federal courts, the firm represents employees in complex wage-and-hour and workplace violation matters, as well as individuals who have suffered serious injuries due to negligence, unsafe conditions, trucking and rideshare accidents, and other catastrophic incidents. Having recovered over $1.5 billion for our clients across California, we are expanding our Marketing team to support our continued growth and national expansion.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Marketing Assistant to support day-to-day marketing operations, campaigns, and administrative functions. This role is ideal for an organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and is eager to contribute to impactful marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Campaign Support

  • Assist with research to support marketing campaigns, business development initiatives, and outreach efforts.
  • Prepare, format, print, and distribute marketing letters and collateral materials.
  • Organize and execute direct mail campaigns, including assembling and sending mailings.
  • Support content proofreading and quality assurance to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Perform copying, filing, and document organization to maintain efficient records management.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the Marketing team.
  • Assist with project coordination and other marketing-related tasks as assigned.
  • Ensure deadlines are met and materials are prepared accurately and on time.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous office or administrative experience preferred.
  • Basic understanding of administrative procedures and clerical systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and familiarity with Adobe and internet research tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting marketing or business development teams.
  • Familiarity with legal services or professional services environments.
  • Comfort working in a deadline-driven, high-volume setting.
  • Strong proofreading and document formatting skills.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Pay: $19-$21 per hour
