Job Description for Guidewire Policycenter:

• Technical Leadership: Deep experience in PolicyCenter implementation, configuration, and customization. Provide hands-on leadership and guidance to development teams working on Guidewire PolicyCenter Cloud.

• Architecture & Design: Define and lead the architectural design of Guidewire solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.

• Development & Configuration: Engage in hands-on development, configuration, and customization of Guidewire PolicyCenter applications on Cloud

• Integration: Design and implement integrations between Guidewire PolicyCenter and other systems.

• Mentorship: Mentor and develop junior team members, sharing expertise and promoting best practices.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and align technical solutions.

• Technical Proficiency: Skills in Guidewire APD/Studio, Java, and XML for configuration and integration development.

• Software Development Lifecycle: Experience in the entire SDLC, including analysis, design, development, testing, and maintenance.

• Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with agile delivery processes and distributed teams.

• Soft Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to manage teams and client relationships effectively

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $70,000 per year

Pay Range Maximum: $109,000 per year

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
