Job Description



We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of corporate and promotional events. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about logistics, coordination, and delivering seamless experiences from concept to completion.

The Events Assistant will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure all event elements are executed efficiently and to the highest standard.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events and campaigns
  • Support event logistics including venue setup, materials preparation, and scheduling
  • Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure timely delivery of services
  • Maintain event documentation, timelines, and checklists
  • Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations
  • Track event performance and assist with post-event reporting
  • Ensure all activities align with company standards and client expectations
