Based out of our Farmers Branch, TX office, we serve clients across the greater Dallas area through exciting in-store events that connect brands with their target customers.
The Entry Level Event Assistant is an essential part of our team, assisting with the coordination, execution, and promotion of high-impact retail events inside major retail locations. You’ll be the friendly face representing our clients, engaging with shoppers, and helping drive product awareness and sales growth.

Event Assistant - Entry Level Responsibilities:
● Greet and engage with customers during in-store retail events to create a positive brand experience
● Set up and break down branded retail event displays and promotional materials
● Educate shoppers on product features, benefits, and current promotions to drive sales
● Assist in collecting and reporting customer feedback and Entry Level Event Assistant performance metrics
● Support event planning, scheduling, and logistics to ensure smooth execution
● Represent the company and clients professionally at all sales events and Entry Level Event Assistant promotional activities
● Collaborate with entry level team members to brainstorm and implement creative sales strategies
● Maintain an organized event space and ensure compliance with brand guidelines, Entry Level Event Assistant communications, and store policies
Event Assistant - Entry Level Qualifications:
● Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
● Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends as needed
● Ability to travel locally to event sites across the greater Dallas area
● Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or events is a plus but not required
● Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
● Dependable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively during events and Event Assistant meetings
● Must be comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting promotional materials (up to 25 lbs)
