Emergency Medicine Physician – Full-Time 1099 Positions Employer: Inhospital Physicians Locations: Victorville, CA and Hemet, CA

Locations Highlights

Position Overview

• Full-time 1099 independent contractor role
• 12-hour shifts
• Manageable ED volume: ~2 patients per hour
• Dedicated APP support for efficient workflow
• High-efficiency community hospital environment
• Lead resuscitations, perform emergency procedures, and provide acute care
• Collaborate with APPs, nursing, and team members
• Accurate EMR documentation and contribution to quality/safety initiatives

Requirements

• ABEM board-certified OR at least 5 years of full-time Emergency Medicine experience
• California medical license (active or eligible)
• Excellent communication and team-oriented approach in a fast-paced ED
• Capable of meeting physical demands of emergency practice (prolonged standing, rapid response, lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs, etc.; accommodations available)
