A highly respected, top-tier St. Louis law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with strong e‑discovery expertise and hands-on trial experience to join its elite defense litigation team. Key Responsibilities
• Managing e‑discovery from intake through production (Relativity or similar platforms)
• Overseeing document review, productions, and discovery coordination
• Supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation , including trial
• Preparing trial binders, exhibits, and witness materials
• Coordinating with vendors, experts, and internal litigation teams
• Maintaining organization across complex, fast-moving matters
What They’re Looking For
• Proven litigation paralegal experience (defense-side strongly preferred)
• Deep, hands-on e‑discovery experience (required)
• Trial experience or significant trial exposure
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Professional, proactive, and team-oriented approach
