The Endpoint Engineer is responsible for managing the reliability, security, and lifecycle of end-user devices across the enterprise. This role owns endpoint imaging, patching, vulnerability management, and IT asset lifecycle, while helping drive the transition from MECM to modern tools like Intune and Autopilot .
This position serves as a technical SME and escalation point, troubleshooting complex hardware, software, and network issues while supporting cross-functional projects and mentoring team members.
