Rangam SourceAbled is seeking Transaction Specialists to work on-site in Louisville, KY to transcribe confidential information from scanned images of paper documents. Transaction Specialists combines documents into transactions, processes them through a series of workflow functions and maintains the highest level of accuracy and focus on process effectiveness to meet efficiency standards.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing work for digitization by extracting payments and documents from mailing envelopes.
• Inputting and validating data into the system, following standard operating procedures and customer-specific instructions for processing.
• Operating high-volume document scanning machines while ensuring the quality of scanned images.
• Validating and reconciling electronic records to paper documentation.
• Making judgment calls regarding routine duties, with the ability to refer non-routine situations to a supervisor or manager.
• Willingness to learn new processing functions and equipment operation in all areas/departments of production as needed.
• Maintaining site productivity and quality standards.
• Contributing to meeting team accuracy and production goals, in addition to individual targets.
• Ensuring adherence to all customer and bank guidelines related to operations, internal audit, security, and general practices.
• Lifting and moving mail trays weighing up to 50 pounds.

Requirements:

• No prior experience needed – training provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must pass a background check and credit check.
• Willingness to work in a high-security production environment.
• Familiarity with the use of a PC, as some functions require this skill.
• Proficiency with typing and alphanumeric data entry, with excellent accuracy .
• Team player with the ability to maintain a positive attitude and be flexible to help meet daily processing deliverables.

Available Shifts

3rd Shift - 11:30PM - 7:00AM EST | $20.70 per hour

Note: This is a 4 to 6 week seasonal position , and the duration may vary based on project volume. The anticipated start dates are mid April with additional peak seasons in mid June, and mid September. The peak seasons are expected to last for 4 to 6 weeks. The training dates for April are anticipated to be offered in February and March with exact dates to be determined.
