The Opportunity

Law Firm is seeking a Civil Litigation Associate Attorney with 1-6 years of experience to join its litigation team. This role offers meaningful responsibility, hands-on litigation experience, and direct partner interaction.

Qualifications

1-6 years of civil litigation experience as a practicing attorney
JD from a Top 50 law school
California Bar admission (active and in good standing)
Demonstrated stability in prior roles (minimal to no firm movement)
Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating with partners
Professional, motivated, and growth-oriented mindset
