Role: Allocation Planner (Footwear/Retail)

6-Month Contract | Onsite (Local Candidates Only)

Location: Beaverton, OR (Only Locals)

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in retail assortment planning or related planning roles
  • Strong retail acumen with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences
  • Proven experience pulling, analysing, and summarizing POS and KPI data
  • Ability to craft clear headlines and narratives around marketplace performance

Our WHQ-based Planning team is seeking a Lead Assortment Planner who thrives in ambiguity, brings strong curiosity, and operates with a self-starter mindset. You will play a pivotal role in bringing the marketplace vision to life—balancing profitability, productivity, and consumer demand—while working closely with Partner Accounts and cross-functional teams. Exceptional collaboration and data storytelling skills are key to success in this role.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Merchandising, Economics, Marketing, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in Planning, Buying, or Sales with emphasis on retail/wholesale financial planning
  • Ability to analyze large data sets and translate insights into recommendations
  • Strong influencing and communication skills
  • Advanced Excel capabilities
  • Willingness to travel up to 15%
